Rachardarmi Gems

Gems, in particular emeralds, amber and opals can be easily damaged by heat from incandescent light sources. In addition, hot surfaces in showcases and counters is a sign of careless lighting.  For this exclusive jewellery and gem showroom, designer Atch Kosiyabong chose a fiber optics system that doesn’t add heat or radiation to the exhibits.

Materials

HLG201, 5mm high performance light guides with self-extinguishing fire rated cladding, powered by MDI100 series, 150W discharge illuminators, with 4000º K ceramic metal halide lamps.
Custom manufactured end fittings and optics.

Off License Shop

Atch Kosiyabong from Chingchai & Sons Engineering were commissioned to develop a state-of-the-art lighting system for the display of liqueurs in custom designed cases. The result is an unobtrusive and elegant system with individually adjustable fiber ends to afford a diversity of aiming and focusing alternatives for any display arrangement.
